Customization Options

We offer two ways to customize your cotton candy experience for parties and themed events.

Option 1 – Custom Character Designs

  • We can customize cotton candy character designs to match your party theme.
  • Custom designs require at least 2 weeks’ notice for art preparation.
  • Each custom design added to the menu is $60.
  • The $60 fee is a one-time design fee and allows unlimited orders of that design during your event.

Option 2 – Customized Cotton Candy Containers

  • We also offer customized 32 oz cotton candy containers (tubbies).
  • Containers can include edible stickers designed to match your event theme.
  • You choose the characters or theme, and we create edible images that go inside the cotton candy.
  • Each container can include cotton candy, edible stickers, sprinkles, and your selected flavors.
  • Container labels can also be customized with names, birthday themes, or your own requested design.
  • Everything is fully customizable to match your event.

Requirements

Setup Requirements

• Separate outlet required. Do not share power with heavy equipment.
• Standard 110 outlet required.
• Shaded area required.
• Requires a 6x4x6 ft setup area with space behind and around the table.
• One parking space required for our vehicle.
• Custom characters outside our standard menu require at least 2 weeks’ notice.
• Exact event date and service time are required at booking to guarantee availability and allow setup/breakdown scheduling.

Booking & Payment

• A $100 deposit is required to secure your event date and service time.
• Remove: “Exact event location varies based on booking.”
• Pricing includes delivery, setup, and breakdown.
• We accept Zelle and Apple Cash.
• Payment links are available with a 5% processing fee.
